How do I place an order?

4. Enter your email, name, and shipping address.

5. If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the “Discount” field and click “Apply.”

6. Click “Continue to Shipping Method” and confirm that the address is correct.

7. Click “Continue to Payment Method.”

8. Enter your payment information.

9. Click “Complete Order.”

What should I do if I receive missing or incorrect items?

If your order arrives with missing or incorrect products, please contact us at contact@hotbuyoriginal.com and provide the following:

- Your order number.

- Proof of the issue (photos under 1MB in size).

We will promptly ship the correct item at no additional cost. The incorrect item may be kept as a complimentary gift.

How do I know my order was successfully placed?

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.

Can I modify my order after it's been placed?

Yes. You can request changes to your order until 11:00 PM (GMT+1) on the same day it was placed.
